New customers can rely on a competent assistance service for Kamira’s first purchase. Old customers can easily contact our assistance service from Monday to Friday, from 08.30 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 18.00
DELIVERY
The delivery is expected to arrive within 5 days after shipping.
RETURNS MANAGEMENT
If you're having trouble and need help using the Kamira, we're always available through the channels above or even via video call.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receipt, as set forth in the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" (except where otherwise possible).
