wishes to inform you that the personal data you provide or have provided through the e-commerce website https://www.espressokamira.net and related domains (hereinafter the “Website”) will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, respecting your confidentiality and current legislation.

The Data Controller of your personal data is Kamira s.r.l. The Data Controller carries out the processing necessary to pursue the purposes set out in paragraph 3 below.

9. Data Retention Period
Contractual, personal, and payment data: retained for the time necessary to execute the contract and for the following 10 years in compliance with legal and tax obligations.
Browsing and behavioral data (profiling): retained for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months.
Data for marketing purposes: retained for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months, unless consent is revoked earlier.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali - www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you reside.
